Refunds and Exchanges

All sales at OTHER GOODS are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any purchases.

Faulty Items and Repairs

Repair and Exchange Policy: If an item is found to be faulty within 60 days of purchase, it can either be repaired or exchanged for another item from the same brand. The responsibility for repairs lies with the individual artist or maker of the item.

Repair Process: To initiate a repair, please bring the item and your proof of purchase to our store. We will coordinate with the artist or maker to facilitate the repair process.

Shipping

While we make every effort to ensure that your order arrives safely, we cannot be held responsible for any items that are damaged or lost during shipping. Once the item leaves our premises, it is under the care of the shipping provider (usually AusPost). If you would like to purchase insurance for your item in the case of loss or damage, feel free to get in touch. Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate as we cannot take responsibility for sending packages to the wrong location.

Made-to-Order Items

Made-to-order items are crafted to your specifications. We do not accept returns or change-of-mind exchanges on made-to-order pieces. If an item is found to be faulty within 90 days of purchase, it will go back to the artist for repair.
